i bought a 92 sc300 and someone rigged a wire to were a relay suppose be in the engine compartment i believe its where the fuel pump relay suppose to be and ran that wire into the dash so the only way my sc will run is if i flip the switch i traced the wire to see if it was connected to anything else and it wasn't also i've noticed my DLC isnt working. i switched the wire with a working relay and still the car wont start does anyone have any idea whats going on

 

Easy way to fix that if it is a bad fuel pump ecu would be to do the bypass mod.
