Hi im chris just started on here, im wanting to turbo my 94 sc300, it has 155,000 miles and automatic, it is stock and im not looking for full blown just some extra power maybe around 7psi, need help to know what i need i found a kit on fastwayracer.com for my 2jzge engine for like 1,000 bucks it looks like everything is there that i need and it says its all bolt-on no upgrades as long as the psi is low could you guys take a look and let me know what you all think, i live in roxboro and oxford, NC so when i get it delievered ill need help, thank you very much
Chris, welcome to CL...
Start out with looking at Driftmotion.com out of Cali. They have ALL your needs for the turbo setup and boost levels you are looking for. With 7 pounds you might see 290-310 rwhp or so, depends on the condition of the motor and so on. The auto can prolly handle may 400 or less, but not alot of pulls with high boost, same goes for the W58. Goals is what you need to establish first, then go from there. GL..

i was at that site too its like 1,500 for the kit, well i run at 11sec on 1/8 mile my goal is 10 to 10.5 get to 280-320 rwhp, i run 87 octane with no problems and 20w-50 oil for the high milage. She is a daily driver so i kinda need it to be like a weekend install so i dont have to get different heads, injectors, fuel pump etc, that is the reason why im shooting for 7psi cause so far i heard that it was the safiest psi on the motor without to much stress
chris head over to clubna-t.com and start looking through there and reading up. they have a lot of very good information about boosting these motors. I'm currently piecing together a kit for my sc. look around on forums too you may be able to find a member selling a kit
