so i just recently bought these Ksport Kontrol coilovers and im having trouble adjusting the ride height , can someone give me advice or help on how to do this ? some people are saying to adjust the 3rd ring and not the spring perch

 

that's correct., the 2 coilovers on the right are correct while the 2 coils on the left aren't that nut in the middle should always be at the top. you don't wanna go messing with that. to adjust the ride height simply just turn the 3rd nut ( the closes to the bottom by the bolt holes) counter counter clockwise ( righty tighty lefty loosey) then take your spanner wrenches which should of came with your kit. they come in a pair look like t-rex arms lol you hook them to the top nut, not the middle and you adjust i closewise to lower and counter clockwise to raise. if you lower you're gonna have to keep moving the 3rd nut further up in the threads.hope this helps

 

Those coilovers look pretty dirty also, id give them a good spring cleaning before install.
