ewingli il do my best to give a proper step by step on how its done once i figure it out.

and thanks cmh i was really close to ripping those moulds off lol

so seems to me my top clips are useless and all im using is the bottom clips and the two screws in the top middle

how do i deal with the front mud guard?

do i tuck the skirt underneath it? if so i have to drill holes in the skirt?

something doesnt seem right about this.

Thanks guys

the moldings you took pictures of do come off. underneath them are mounting holes for the other clips for the 97 sideskirts. the front moldings have one screw which can be accessed inside the wheel well, the rest can be pryed off.

after that put the skirts on. idk why someone said not to take off the fender/qp moldings...

ok ive got them on now, thanks for all the help guys , really appreciate it

ok heres a simple step by step for anyone who needs the info

first , take off all 3 mouldings, by front wheel, rear wheel, and inside the door held by two screws.

the front moulding has one bolt held on by a nut ,mine was rusted and deformed so i pulled it right out.

u need to access under ur front wheel well to get to the bolt, u wouldnt belive how much dirt was in mine.

after that just snap in all the clips its very easy and screw in the original two screws from your door moulding.

now the only complaint i have is my door wont close proprly anymore, my weathr stripping at the bottom of the door seems to be in the way (attached pic) anyone have this happen? di u cut it off ? trim it?

i also have a very minor fitment issue on the front end on right side, i guess its normal ill just try to figure something out, maybe epoxy it or something.

notice in pic 1 my weather stripping is hanging out, causing my door to not close properly, what did u guys do to solve this?

pic 2 all the dirt from under my wheel guard, unreal.
