I run 245 front on 18X8 and 275 rear on 18X9 on my lowered car, the offset is 41 and 45 correspondingly. I didn't have any rubbing problem so far. If you decide to run on these tire's size, i think you will be fine. BTW, i have Blitz Z2 too.
