Default Common Q

I know this is probably pretty common, and I searched the FAQ thread to try and find some info on it. But can anyone descriptively give me a time estimate on swapping a 96 sc300 to 5-speed. And what ALL is needed. Down to the pedals and electrical requirements. I'm fairly new to the car scene and I'm trying to learn as much as possible.

If anyone can point me to a thread to save us both time that would be appreciated too.

Thanks!
Steve

I'm friends with Justin Barber of NC with the 5-speed sc400 and I've heard a lot of what it takes and the work involved. I found a great deal on an sc and I want it to be 5-speed more than anything. I've been researching everything I can and everything I've found seems to contradict the other.
