Upgrading NAV unit

Hi all,

I've read on this forum on the GS upgrade, and have a few questions.

How do I know what version of the NAV I have?
What do I need - screen, nav unit, etc in order to perform an upgrade?
What is the last version of the unit - is 5 the last version?
