Lightbulb Installing 97 sc400 cluster in 92 sc400

So I have been reading and I know its a lot harder than color matching the wires together....I have the cluster and the harness but I have no idea what to do next can anyone help I really want all my needles to be lit again and don't want to cut stock harness until I know exactly what to do.

Don't cut the stock harness at all. You can desolder the sockets off of a junk early cluster and then make a patch harness. It's alot of work, but then you can swap between clusters plug and play.

Yup...like stockhatch says. I took my 98 harness and ill be re wiring it to an extra 93 cluster plug (from cluster). That way I don't cut or solder or depin any on my oem harnesses! This is still on the "list". Lol
