Guys I searched just getting a exact answer

I'm purchasing a LS400 BBK this week and was going over an old thread and now i'm little confused on something. Is the LS brakes only for the front brakes on the SC's b/c the LS brakes our a 1 Piston brake caliper basically like ours correct? (noob question i know lol ) If that's the case I still need to replace all my brakes for inspection, should I go ahead and get new rear SC calipers w/pads, rotors or just keep my existing calipers and get new pads and rotors?

Any info would be greatly appreciated

Correct LS400 caliper is for front brakes one.

If you have a 1992-1997 SC300 then you should find SC400 rear caliper brackets so you can run SC400 rear rotors and pads. They are larger than the SC300.

P.S. Make sure to buy some quality SS brake lines otherwise your pedal will feel like mush.
