Hey well I got a Lexus and i would like to fix up but I don't know where to start or where to look to buy parts like interior and exterior? ?? So anybody want to help

Being that this is a very open ended question, I think we need more details to really help you out. What are you doing exactly with the car? What are your goals? What exactly needs to be fixed, and what is okay on the car?
Any pictures would be super helpful as well.

When looking for parts I usually use this sites for sale forums, ClubNA-T, the Supra forums, Car-part.com for used parts, Sewell lexus for new OEM parts, and of course the many many different vendors out there.
