Default is300 cooling fan setup ?

I was just wondering has anybody tried to put the actual oem fans (from is300) into sc300?

I have a aftermarket radiator with the temp sensor plug at the bottom of my radiator .I unscrewd it a little and antifreeze was coming out of it.. I have a 5 speed , I thought that part of the radiator was sealed off. It looks like the right size for the is300 temp switch for the fans!!!!!

Lots of guys in ga with wrecked is300 parting them out..Didnt want to spend the money if somebody knows that it will not fit.

I have seen a few supra guys modify the is300 fans to fit. I'm thinking they will fit with some minor modifications. Do a search and you will find the answer somewhere..

Actually on some of the post here i was in . after looking at the is300 service manual it looks do able . 1. if the temp switch will fit???? The rests is plug and play even the relays look like I can install in the relay box sense I have no traction control(5 speed) I could use the 2 empty slots there. The system dosnt use the ecm at all. only coolant temp switch and a/c input from compressor thats it....seems like a close loop circuit..

I think Ill try it . If it work then Ill let u know for sure that would be a good mod..

I have an is300 fan setup in my SC, seems to work great. The built in coolant reservoir is pretty awesome
