A couple of months ago I starting hearing an exhaust leak from my 95 SC300. I couldn't see anything obvious while it was still on the car. I had a free weekend last weekend so I decided to go ahead and pull the manifold off. Attached is what is what I found. It was on the back side of the rear manifold. Split probably 80% around. Some of that probably happened during the removal. The front looked like it had already been welded up right before the accordion. I unbolted the two pieces from the cat and pulled it out the top as one piece since It was easier than trying to unbolt both the flanges. It wasn't difficult at all. Very straight forward. It started leaking around 165K miles.
