Hmmm I'd boost it, manual swap, cryo all my internals, aftermarket camshafts, forged pistons, PBM coils, custom VS-XX's, full vertex kit, racing seats, and repaint it Baltic blue...

EDIT: countrygre beat me to the awd idea.
i would make it AWD (like the video below)and make it a all out track car(cage, exoskeleton type that replaces the front and rear chassis, separate wires for everything.) but with a/c heat and a radio and to be daily driven with comfy seats. i don't need all the fancy gadgets. delete fuel door and antenna and add 15 gallon aluminum tank in the stocks place to be accessed through the trunk. remade door panels. than all the normal look nice stuff

I'd probably sell the SC300 and go buy a bugatti.....but if that doesn't work then pretty much a AC kit, v160, one of a kind pearl paint job, full black interior, new clear headlights and a fully built but can be daily driven 2jzgte.
