ignition key dilemma
Guys,
I have a problem, I just installed a new aftermarket radio and I was playing with the transmission lock. and now the key won't eject unless i disconnect the battery.
A few things to note:
I was installing the car radio with the car on. ( i know bad idea) trying to make the ground noise go away
theres a screw i was fooling around with making the instrument panel flicker (in the console)

The ground is for all instrument cluster, A/C, radio etc...
For aftermarket stereo, you need to by pass grounds because our SC's wiring were all built with 1 central ground point for each car electronic, here's a really good DIY to follow;

ok so I figured out the problem so on the gear shifter theres a cap that slides down to expose the 2 screws. That cap was buried somewhere in the shifter. After digging it out it worked!
Hopefully one day someone will find this as a solution
