Default Even MORE transmission issue

I had taken the car to a transmission shop and they put it all back together, so I thought.....

Anyway, the background is that over Easter weekend, I had decided to do a transmission service and shim the accumulators while I was at it. It didn't work out so well and I had not reassembled the drive valve correctly and ended up taking it to a shop to fix. The car was fixed the next day and I went on my way. The car bucked a little hard when coming out of reverse into drive, but I thought that was okay.

Starting yesterday, the car would occasionally buck hard from a dead stop into gear. It occasionally would slur so much between gear changes that the tach would go into the 4-5 range. It also now has a high-pitched whine in slow speeds and REALLY whines in neutral.

My thoughts are: bad tranny mount, bad torque converter or I don't know what. Any ideas?

Got my answer! It was the forward clutch, so I'm getting a tranny rebuild, but the good news is that I'm putting in the Lextreme TC! Woo hoo!

thats what mine is doing.. off to the transmission shop i go bleh. mine doesent go into neutral or reverse atm but does the bucking when you put it into gear. the weard thing is that when you drive it it takes about 15 mins for the trans to start slipping before then it drives normal

That's the drive valve, not the forward clutch that's causing that problem. Take it to a tranny shop and they can fix it for probably $200 or so.
