New SC300
So I have been lurking around the forums and posting when I see something of particular interest. During those times, I have been the owner of a badly abused SC400. I one day decided that I wanted either a 300 or a 400. The 400 was found first at a reasonable price. It quickly turned into a nightmare. I held on to it thinking that I was going to bring it back to life. I still have that mindset but whether it will ever happen or not, time will tell. Anyway, I was driving an MR2 for the past few months while I rebuilt some financial surplus in order to move on with the 400. The problem with the 400 was that I could never decide on what to really do with the car. Supercharging it was an option but going that route looked extremely tedious and expensive. The car already had a few issues that I wanted to tidy up before I even went that route and so I was just mostly discouraged. In any event, I ran across a gentleman that was selling a nearly stock SC300. The only things that we changed was the wheels. The ones he had on there were God awful. Next, he had a set of stance coilovers. Nice...But not needed. In final, there was a fairly decent single DIN stereo. That's it. The interior was good minus the drivers seat. No tears, holes or wear anywhere else. Sadly, it is an automatic. However, the climate control can be read, there is no apparent power steering leak, the needles all work, the power windows function just fine. The guy was interested in trading for something with coilovers, RWD, and 5 Speed. I have 3 MR2s and so a deal was made. My TRD'd out MR2 was driven up north and an SC300 was driven back home. I know exactly where I want to go with this car. The project is firmly in mind and we'll get the show on the road in the upcoming future. NA-T conversion with AEM management. I have a goal of about 350-400 whp. I'm pretty sure I have a paint scheme in mind as well. We'll see what the future brings.

Thank you to all the above. I think I might actually keep the wheels but use a different color and some spacers to to flush it out a bit. I actually have a forza render for what I'm shooting for as far as color scheme in the next few days. I'm simply waiting for our shop painter to come back from vacation.
Seems like you have things planned out. I'd keep the Stance's as they ride really well. You'll like them. I like the color render. It just reminds me of the ugly Cement Grey the new tC comes in. I'm conflicted. What's with the SC in the backround? The tire aspect ratio is way off.
