i have a 97 sc with a 1jz stock twins with a walbro fuel pump well everything else is stock .... problem is that it wont go pass 20mph and the rpm wont go over 2k.... pretty much stumped please help me im running out of ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like you're in "limp" mode. there is a thread about an issue on the 95 SC where it stutters. Might want to check that one out and see if that helps.
