Calling users of g35 wheels... What lug nuts?
I searched for about 2 hours last night trying to find the answer but could only find cookie cutter answers regarding this.
What type of lug nuts should be used for these wheels on our cars? (18" 7 spoke g35 wheels).
http://www.serpentautosport.com/imag...nerlugnuts.jpg
I purchased a set of lug nuts (see above) from advance auto b/c I knew I wouldn't be able to use the stock lugs, however these things dont look too safe/sturdy. They look like they're barely holding the wheel on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Be careful when using this lug set, I used to have a set for my old wheels and the spline tool actually split down the side causing me to have to buy an entire new set of lug nuts just for the tool. It was a huge headache at the time, I'd hate to see it happen to someone else.

Awesome...thanks guys!!....
so those of you that used stock lug nuts.... your lugs looked like this correct?

The reason I ask is because I thought I remembered trying to use those and the washer never made contact with that actual wheel.... maybe I just didnt try hard enough.
As far as those that say the tuner lugs worked for you... I saw this thread which made me worried about using those.... (see very bottom picture)

as to the OP, I recently found out by working on a '99 taurus SHO that the lug bolts are the same thread. I intend on getting a set those lug nuts for my g35 wheels.
Here's the reasoning; the aftermarket nuts have a 60* cone on them, whereas the Nissan lug nuts are a 45* cone. I believe that using the correct conical face will be better than the tuner lugs.
