My car has become somewhat of a frankensteins monster having owned it for quite a few years now and having multiple people working on it. In an effort to eliminate door noise I recently took apart my passenger door and noticed that same bolts/screws were missing or spots where I would have assumed there would be a group of 3 matching, I have two different sizes. I would like to have the correct bolts in the correct spots and was hoping someone could either take a pic of the same hardware on a car that hasnt been butchered or tell me what size bolts to get. Also please indicate if I have to get them through Lexus/Toyota of if a hardware store or auto parts store would have them. I have included a few pics to show you what I am talking about.

 

the one above the R never tightens all the way. it gets tight but it keeps spinning if i turn it. this is on the passenger side door where the component tweeter is

 

anyone please. i would like to have this resolved before putting my door panel back on.
