No, I'd rather spend $1000+ more on the same package with a pretty Brembo Box.

Default Big Brake Package for the SC...

Hey guys...just wanted to guage interested in a REAL big brake package for the SC...

Here is what's included...

4 piston Brembo caliper, 13" rotor Cross Drilled/Slotted (both or either) CAD Plated, steel braided lines (Goodridge most likely), street compound pads (and with this particular caliper, you will have a LOT of choices in terms of pads after these wear down...you won't be stuck with only one or two pad choices!), custom CNC'd bracket.

Now the price will be determined by what we can secure the calipers for but we're looking to do it for less than $1800...

So now the question is, how many of you SC guys would actually fork out that kind of money for basically the same package as the $2995 Brembo Package?

The reason why I posted this here is because I know the GS guys are game...they are always looking for a good deal on a big brake package...but since I'm going to be putting this package on my SC400, I figured we should see if there is a demand on the SC side for these....

What kind of caliper clearance will be required? Min size of rim, distance from offset to wheel pattern..etc.

I wouldn't mind spending $1500+ for nice brakes.

Sounds like a smokin deal. I just wanted to know if this is like the brembo kit but at a better price? If I still have money left over from my current projuct I would buy a set for sure.

More details...

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...&postid=418007

And yes, they will fit behind the stock 17" GS wheels....

This kit is NOT the exact same kit as the regular Brembo package...it is a newly constructed brake kit using Brembo calipers and other high quality parts (details will come). The specs are the same as the $2995 Brembo kit. Same size rotors and such...

As you know, I wouldn't put garbage on my car nor would I even associate myself with that kind of nonsense. These are quality through and through. We just have the "right" connections to make it happen for this price...
