I've been on CL since I got my SC in August 2014 but never really posted before. I have a 92 SC300 5 speed, silver spruce. My first standard and RWD car, which I absolutely love.
I didn't know that there was such a following for these cars until after I got mine. It's such a relief to see so many people that enjoy the SC as much as I do!
One day, I hope to get the Soarer badge on my car and mess with people in my area. I've seen just a handful of SC's around here but none have the griffin.
My all stock 300 5 speed with the boyfriend's S13 at the Against All Odds car show, right before I became an official member of the CKY Crew.

Not the biggest fan of solid bright colors on rims, but looks mean with the matte finish.
Car will be a beast when you're done. Congrats.
Wish I could slap on a blower. I think I read VVTI motors aren't good supercharged?

How's It going guys?! I've been a long time lurker to be honest. So I feel that it is time to introduce my self. I go by Sc300 Or Sc400 Because those are my babes. Im Currently only 17 and own two of these bad ladies. The Sc400 is the daily driver, Current mods are BFI, Custom Catback Exhaust with x-pipe, and the anti squat wire has been cut with the kick back cable adjusted for maxium neck breaking shift. The 300. she was my first love. She came into my life almost a year ago and i fell in love with these cars. She was basically perfect, but then i bought the 400 so Modifications would be.. Fullly gutted with bride reps, (waiting on harness') no power steering, and single 2 1/2 inch exhaust. waiting on new radiator and a r154 because drift car!! but untill then shims and more 2nd and first gear. but pics will be posted soon.

My new SC400 in VA
Hello!
I just bought my first Lexus and it is a stock '99 SC400 with the 1-UZ. It has 136k and is fully loaded as far as I can tell. I was looking for a quality ride as a daily driver with luxury and power and I think I found it. I look forward to begining apart of the community and would appreciate any advise as far the do's and don'ts along with problems to look for.

New happy owner!
Just wanted to introduce myself. Just purchased a 1995 sc300. This car has been around this forum for a number of years now, i know it was owned by ishootstuff for 8+yrs.
I know that he did all the work to this car, including: 5spd swap, aristo ecu, t61 turbo, and also a sweet custom tow hitch! So, just giving a shoot out to him.

finally introducing myself
Hey everybody,
I've been a member since 2012 but mainly just looking around and finding everything I need without needing to post anything. but I keep getting emails telling me to introduce myself so here I am lol...
Soo after selling my Supra back in 08, I knew I wanted to stay with 2jzs but never knew about the SCs and after looking around for my new ride a came a crossed a few really nice SCs on here and knew that one was my next pick. I bought my Royal Jade 92 5sp tan interior back in 12 . I test drove it for an hour just to make sure its what I wanted. I went back to the dealer and decided id walk away and started driving home, the dealer called me 5 mins after I left and told me he'd drop the price if I came back that day and got her...so of course I turned around and got her for 1400 and sure enough with that price I should of known, while driving my 89 miles back home she blew her head gasket at 72 miles and had to have her towed home. While she sat I bought a blue 95 SC with no title but it had black interior and a set of nice rims for only 600 bucks so I swapped out everything (besides the dash) n painted the wood trim and bought some Axis Hiro 19s 8.5 fronts 9.5 rears...then I moved and got a new job and the SC got put on the the back burner (until now). I just bought a 2jzgte non vvti for 1000 and R154 for 600 last year that I have on an engine stand and have a rare Phoenix Power flare kit from japan that I need painted to match the car but that will wait until the swap is done....
Not sure what else to put here but any comments are welcome as we all have our own opinions...im you guys will more of me know that i can spend more time on my SCs. I look froward on getting help and helping others during my time here!

Cl noob!!
Hi there CL members! I've been a CL lurker forever and finally decided to create an account. I owned my 92 SC400 Midnight Indigo Pearl since Dec. 2013. The car sat for awhile in a garages because it needed a new timing belt and fuel pump PLUS I didn't have my license at the time. March 2014 came and I finally got my baby. The only modifications so far has been the audio (radio, amp bypass, subwoofers). Other mods will take a little time since I'm a highschool student still. I love this car (ITS WAY BETTER THAN THE POS FORD RANGER I HAD) and will never get rid of it.

whats up party people new guy here bought my 92 sc300 5 speed back in sept and it got nailed by a drunk driver almost totaled the car but mid December I got her back. still not 100 percent ongoing insurance company battle but anyways im glad to be a part of the community. I bought this as a reliable daily but ive been around too many swapped cressidas and sc300's back in the day and im really temped to swap this myself but its so reliable id hate to mess with it now.
