Engine problems
Yes, I want to fix the car.
Good news, jacked the car up last night and took of the midpipe and found debris of cat's honeycomb. Took them out and no more rattling so for sure it's not a rod knock issue.
Reset the battery and the car still running rich. It idles but it sounds like the engine is only running on 4 cylinders.
I am guessing it's the coil packs. The o2 sensor on the driver side got bent a little bit due to the debris of cat.
My question is, should I replace the coils, o2 sensors, and cat and I should be fine?
How many coils are on a 92 SC400? How much is reasonable price for each?
As for cat, should I just leave it alone or get a new one? If I should get a new one, should I get the stock or aftermarket (any gains from aftermarket)?
Thanks for the help guys, I really appreciate it.
