Default Plz need help with 2jzgte swap



Can I put these 2 hoses together to bypass heater core one on the right is from back of the head other is one from waterpump

Why do you want to bypass the heater core?

Probably a leak at the heater core. If both these hoses go to the firewall, I think its been done.

yeah i did it it works just have to do this till i get the $$ to replace heater hoses lol but it's up and running fine my 1st swap

If you look up a thread in this section. OLT did a very nice write up of replacing the heater core with an aftermarket part on ebay. Please take a couple mi utes to find it. Thread heading is something like " another olt diy" or something of the sort.

OLT did a DIY on the control valve, not the core.
