Default 92 Sc300 in a 95...?

Looks like the head gasket in my 95 is shot. Motor has 219k and thinking about just dropping in another engine. I have found a 92 engine w/ harness that should bolt up. Anyone know if I will have issues plugging the 92 engine/harness into the 95 ECU, or should I keep the 95 harness? Thanks in advance.

ECU's are the same. I have a 92 ECU in my 95 SC and have no issues.

Edit: I have plenty of issues but they are not related to the ECU lol

As Tabaka said, you shoudlnt have any issues. Both are ODB1, so it should be a drop in and go swap. Be sure to keep any parts of value off the other engine, sensors, etc. Having spares comes in handy.

Thanks guys for your input. I didn't think I would, but just wanted to make sure before I move forward.
