Default ABS system help

Hello, I have a 1999 sc300 that was involved in a accident. the front end has been totally replaced. I have a code 22 flashing on the ABS dash indicator after following the test procedures to obtain the fault codes. The code is 22 "4 second delay then the code" Front left brake solenoid ,open connection or short. My question is where do I set up the test on the ABS system to determine where the line break might be. Another note is that the Air Bags were deployed and they have not been replaced and reset at this time. Could this cause the code? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

I thinking it's the ABS sensor on the wheel hub. Make sure it's seated well and the 10 mm screw is tight. If it is also make sure it has not dried out. If it is regrease with white lithium grease. I may have one if you know it is bad. Hope this helps.
