Poopy doopy talking friends
Well my friends are talking alot of **** about my recent purchase of an sc 400. Car needs a new alternator which has been purchased(thanks 1992lexus). My bud with a 2006 Honda Accord with a 2.4 vti vtech engine is saying that he will smoke me, due to the sc 400s weight. What do you think?

Put some money on it and smoke that accord. Unless its the 3.0l v6 the accord will not stand a chance. I was able to beat one a while back when i still had my stock motor 2jzge which has less power than the 1uz.

power to weight ratio is off in this spec, he may have an upperhand comming from a full stop, sc sucks at taking off frm a stop
if u guys go at it from a roll: ull go faster
and at many times, its mainly the driver not the car haha
obv ur the bttr driver... u chose the lexus haha

The newer model accords v6 are pretty fast. My brother has an 06 accord 4 cyl tho haha. My celica is faster than his accord! but yah put some money on it. Show your friends up.

Yea Honda drivers always talk smack....ALWAYS!!!
Easy way to shut their month is;
1. Build ur motor to spec
2. Maybe an intake and exhuast
3. Decent wheels
4. Window tint (so ur honda haters cnt see u laughing at thier a**)
5. Do a highway pull and then watch ur friend face go
Stand victorious next to ur SC

dude, my friends talk **** to me as well. They don't understand why toyota made a 4,000lbs vehicle with less than 250hp. I have to remind them that not every vehicle made in the 1990's was a ***** box with cloth and A/C as an option.
As the others mentioned, do a highway pull to see where you're at.
Happens to me all the time. I'll pull up to an S2000 at a light and put my head down in shame knowing I'll get beat like Tina Turner.

why don't you just let him keep thinking he can smoke your sc4? uses less energy and money. Just get your car up and running and enjoy it.

Haters gon hate. We drive luxury coupes meant for old people who pee in bags and like their ride soft. He drives an econo box. Our car new was twice the cost of his. It probably has twice the features as his. Idk about you, but I like my luxury cars. Sure he's may beat you in a race...but when you ask a girl what she'd rather ride in...a Honda or a Lexus? What do you think she's gonna say? Plus our 18 year old cars look nicer than the new Hondas!
