im not really sure if itll bolt on, some of the mounting spots will be there for sure but im not sure about if all of them are. i know they werent on my 95 because it didnt come with it on. i have one on it now though. OEM SC400 lip on my sc300. i like it bc it flexes, being so low it scrapes inclines once in a while.

1992-1994 SC400s came from the factory with a lip. Provided you have the mounting hardware, installation is a breeze. The only thing you may have to do is drill holes in the side of the bumper to install the sides to be tight.

I bought an sc400 bumper with lip for $20! Lip was cracked and previous owner tried to put a 97 grill into it so I had to do some body work, but once its all sanded and paint matched it'll look great

yeah u kinda get raped when it comes to buy certain items. i got hosed buying a front bumper and side skirts. but they are so hard to find for 97 body parts. u just gotta pay if u wanna get the look u dream about for your car.
i am thinking the Vertex Lip will work for me. or the big win. i just think they are over priced!

i got my kit from AIT from Ebay. and now im selling it. that should tell u something....
the only thing that fit awesome was the rear bumper skirt. the rest u should let someone who is good at re-fiberglassing do the install. cause it needs some redoing of work to make it fit proper
