Default no more cheapo billet wheels(fly)

so the auction ended, but i was eyeing this piggy.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

i factored it into my budget. i emailed the seller and was mortified at what i heard.

Hi Max,

No, I do not have more in stock.
I can order another in, but it would take 8 weeks.
But that isn't the bad part...........
I just checked, and with how bad the dollar has shrunk against the yen, I would have to sell it for $400.

All I can say is look at a fidanza billet steel one (the aluminum ones are crap), or maybe an Exedy.
Or, I can see if I can find a good used one.
I have sold quite a few used billet flywheels, and I have them resurfaced befor I sell them, so they are 100%.

Sorry, figured I could get a new one in, like the old days (pre-Obama), but everything is costing a lot more to import anymore.

Thanks,

WTF!!!!! $85 bean increase. iam not made of money and thats like a tank and half of gas here(super or corse).

didn't know fin made billet wheels thought. that is the end of my rant.

A simple understanding of economics, this makes sense...especially since the Dow was down over 500 points today

USD is a broken currency. We buy $1000 TV's, wheels, etc directly made and imported by other countries. There is no circulation, it simply goes right out the door. Expect the stock market to get worse tomorrow, and the next day....you'll see Bernanke asking for more Fed stimulus soon. 2008, yep it's back.

You believe that the price of Oil is actually driven off supply and demand? LOL...

Plus I pretty much guarantee you won't see an increase in refineries since el presidente has the green bug up his...well you know where.
