Whats up everyone,

Its been a real long time since the last time that I did this so I apologize for that, but I made some progress the past weekend so ill go ahead and add it to the thread and let you guys take a peak. Things are going back together well so far and Im pretty happy with the results let me know what you guys think...

First, I had to re-remove the oil pans again to replace that one little o-ring that I forgot to change last time as well as install the new oil pump so I had to clean the hell out of it again, replace the oring, install new oil pump, new strainer gasket, front seal, rear seal, and reseal the whole thing with fipg again. Then I painted it up black again.

Next, I stripped and cleaned the cam gears then painted them black with a little gloss, I thought they looked good and then I sanded just the face of them to make them stand out a little more. Turned out cool i think

Intalled timing belt, tensioner, crank gear, water pump, and inlet pipe.

Changes cam seals and resealed number 1 cam cover

Next I mocked up the turbos to see if everything was going to fit back together after sitting for like a year and with the new vibrant couplers I bought. Also installed new valve cover gaskets and grommets and tightened them down.

Everything looked good so I removed the turbos and gave them a good cleaning and sanding and painted them up in prep for install.

Started bolting everything together

Sanded and painted accessory belt tensioner

Should be making some more progress this weekend replacing and reconnecting all the oil lines and vaccum lines if I can figure out how they go back together. Ill post again soon!

Honestly, this is my first REAL project. You can see my first car in some of those pictures, the subaru svx. When I was in high school I thought it was fast but in reality it was a slow, squishy suspensioned, automatic, non turbo car. Now that I bought the sc300 several years ago and have started modding it, (coilovers, sway bars, supra brakes) im starting to realize how much of a monster this thing is going to be. The fastest car ive driven was an 01 saleen mustang sc (my dads) and one time when I was 19 I almost dumped it during a cruise because I thought I was cool as ****. So I hope this doesnt make me sound like a vag, but if I went straight to a bwS362 like im planning on in the future, im afraid I would crash it. And after the amount of time and effort and work I have put into this car, I seriously ****ing love it and I would hate myself if I smashed it because I stepped up too quick. I still dont even have an lsd. I just read someone elses post who said they left the dyno and they were all over the place because they dont have an lsd or good tires, so I hope that he can hold onto it because hes a good driver.

So basically i just need that progresssion. The car was completely different when I put coilovers on, and different again with sways on, I can only imagine what its going to be like with this motor in since ive never driven a supra or jz swapped car.

All that but mostly because I didnt have another couple thousand to buy the single setup

And one last thing, Im going to be completing all of the lines and such over the weekend and posting pics, I would appreciate it if some of you guys can just look at the pics and let me know if I have the locations correct. Some of the above pics show the turbo water lines in and out as well as some pressure lines, if you could check those as well I would appreciate it! Its been a year since I took them off so Im going off of my memory which isnt great..
