breaking up aroud 3k

so i just did my timing belt yesterday and now it's breaking up aroud 3k and cant even get past 4500.
im thinking i might be one tooth off or possibably the crank angle sensor...

any thoughts ideas?

i fixed it, im an idiot and had the crank sproket off one tooth!!!!!
