Default Need help with wheels

i have a 1993 sc400 with 225/55/16 wheels/tires
the tire tread is new but the wheels are stock, the paint is coming off and the insides are rusted (should i replace?)

so should i:

1. get new rims at 225/55/16 ? for about $400/$500
2. get 2003 ES300 rims for $150 ? supposedly "excellent condition" and the size is 215/60/16 i believe (does it fit? cons/pros?)
3. what is the best size rims i should get for handling + looks for my sc400 ? budget is 400-500.

thank you !

the ES300 rims should fit, just double check the offsets. the tires may be shot if only $150

I have a full set of stock in near mint condition with new tires only 500 miles on them. They are for sale in the classifieds with pictures. Asking $300. They are also balanced and come with all lug nuts and center caps. All the center caps are in good condition. Can send pictures upon request.

Best upgrade would probably be the Supra TT wheels at that price. Also lets you upgrade your brakes if you wish since they clear larger calipers

i got the es rims last night for $150, two of the outer rims are damaged, like the most outer circular part, parts of the metal and the insides are scrapped out probably due to parking to close to the cement, does this affect my tires in any way?
