i installed a used window motor with rail but the hole doesnt line up on the right side so i ended up drilling one so i can use this it worked
but window doesnt go all the way up
is there any adjustment that im missing?

you got sold the wrong year regulator/motor just like me. mine doesnt go all the way down.
can you put it in the other hole? thats what i did and the only problem is it sits about an inch out when i roll my window down (makes me angry but i am to lazy to buy or fix it)
and to answer your question no, theres no adjusting it unfortunately.
wow that sucks glad to learn this. but i say when it comes to the sc regulators man up and buy new because the used one is just as old as the broke one in your car...

he may have a newer regulator on an older car... that's what i had.
you at least had the sense to drill a new hole and lock it down... i just ripped off the stud out of frustration. mine only lasted about 2 years for that reason. you should have better luck with the approach you took.
the gap isnt THAT bad no water and not to noticeable... it jacked up my tint when i finally did fix it thou.
you can still get use out of yours and sell it if you decide to replace it later... unlike me...lol
