ok as some of you know i been having a problem with my ems, well i just found out the AEM EMS v2 i have is part # 30-6101 which is the sc300 and supra NA. I have a 2jzgte with a single turbo. would this have any effect on me having a NA EMS and me having a 2jzgte??

I'm not totally familiar with the V2, but I think your bigger consideration is in regards to which wiring harness you have in your car. I expect that either EMS will ultimately work with either harness, but there may be a few wiring changes necessary (as with the V1).

If you've got the GE wiring harness, what did you do for the MAP and IAT sensor connections?

The problem isn't necessarily which box you have, it's which CAL file initially was used for your tune. You need to make sure the 6100 GTE CAL file was used, not the 6101 cal file which is for a GE, the sensors and configuration are different.
