Not to sound like an *** but I'm not in a position to be giving cars away. I worked hard for the money to buy this car and I'm not about to give it away to some broke college kid or organization. I needed the money just as much as the next person so I did what I had to do to get what I could out of it.
fair enough...i didnt think of it that way. I guess in a way it was saved from the new bread of sc'ers. It was saved from a life of jerry rigging and ebay lights and the likes. lol...on another note i have allways wanted to cut up a car for fun
2500. These cars are few and far between here so only a handful of people even expressed an interest in it. Best (semi-serious) offer I got was 1500 over 3 months in payments. Wasn't about to even take that on.

Selling it here or craigslist outside of your area would have worked. It helps to post lots of pics. And seeing the pics that you posted with the murdered SC, I'm sure you did that.
I flew to New Mexico from California (that's a one way ticket) to get my SC.
In the end, did you at least get the $2500 asking price when you parted it out?
could have made more money charging 5 dollars a head for all your friends to take a swing at it with a bat,crowbar,sledge, ect. people will pay to take out aggression.

Everyone chill, it's an old car. Regardless, half of the people posting nonsense in this thread would have jumped over parts out of a clean car. It's the circle of life.
I also like how xxtoobsxx put it, about saving it from a new generation of SC owners.
Well if you think about it....
He did help out all those dudes who bought his parts... parts that helped bring back life to other SCs.... so in a weird way, good work!
