Default Tall SC Owners!

Anyone here drive a 96 SC (or thereabouts) and is over 6'3"?

I ask because I'm going to pick up my Dad's SC400, and am trying to remember how much headroom / legroom is in there before I 100% commit to it. I recall having some room for my legs, but can't recall how much headroom there is.

Any of you taller ***** have issues fitting?

What about you tall and broly croo? I'm also 250+, wide back/shoulders. Any concerns with the seats being too narrow?

Thanks!

although there are some other threads Ill help you out. I am just shy of 6'6" and I am plenty comfortable in my 92 sc400. The head room is a little lacking but nothing I wasn't able to get used to by leaning the seat back some. I prefer sitting pretty close to the pedals and steering wheel, but on long drives there is plenty of room to move the seat back and stretch out a little. I hope that helps some.

At 6'2" its a tight fit for me, if my seat is too far upright my head touches the roof, so I either lean to the side a little or lay back more with the seat slid forward so I can reach the wheel. It's not bad enough to make me want to give it up though

I've heard that switching the seats out for OEM Supra seats will make it easier for tall people to fit in the SC. Supra seats sit a lot lower than the SC's do.

im 6 4 and im fine. Just gotta set the seat right. Or take the heavy *** og seats out and swap in some rsx or supra seats, they sit a lot lower and are 1/4 of the weight.

Yea i'm 6'2 I have plenty of room, bought the car from a guy who was at least 6'5 6'6 who also had no problems fitting. You should be fine, like the guys said go for it and worst case you get to get some supra seats haha. Or get aftermarket racing seats and just bolt them low down on the floor, but the stock seats should work fine for you.

I'm 6'4" 265lbs...supra seats are my friend. Plenty of head and leg room with those!

You can't just adjust the seat and the wheel? Or is that not enough?
