Wow...what a question.

I would give him $10k but have NO IDEA what you are looking at and planning to do with it.

For me...I want a straight body with no carfax issues. decent care for it. Interior wouldnt be an issue I would just redo it. If it were a color I liked and the engine was spotless...maybe 11k

Just my .02

That means it is abused merchandise.

Fleet vehicles are usually used for executive rentals for companies that entertain foreigners. Normal fleet vehicles are like the RotoRooter vans... but I doubt the plumber is driving a lexus.

I bought a 95 SC300 5 speed with 72K two years ago for $16,200. I knew it was a fleet car, but I was in need of transportation having totaled my 240SX. I gradually discovered the little problems it had: it did the same electrical thing that a lot of people's did, the rear defroster didn't work, and the CD player would skip badly. Out of those, I have only fixed the electrical thing, but my friend assures me he can clean the CD, and I think I have a handle on the defroster. Oh, yeah, and the tranny's a little hacked. Sometimes 2nd is a pain to get into.

It might sound like this car is a lemon, but I love it. It drives great, and it's paid for. When the clutch goes, I'll have the tranny rebuilt, and I'll get around to fixing all those little things like the cigarette burn in the headliner. I'm going to drive this car until it explodes.
