Don't have to the 98+ SC400 comes with a 5-speed Auto. Just had to bust your ***** lol.

 

Considerind I can get a blk on blk GS400 with Nak or Nav for that, I'd say negative. I can also pick a black 99 with Nak and heated seats, albiet with 200k on it, but great condition for 5500 right now if I want it, I'd say you may be shooting high. Unless you're tubro or S/C'd your mods don't add much to value, if anything it tells me the car has been driven aggressively and detracts some from purchase... Just keep it, 150k isn't much
