Ok, so I just got done reading an entire thread about IS-F rotors in combination with ZO-6 calipers... I just paid for some TT calipers and rotors, but after reading about the 6 piston power (not to mention the sexiness) I am considering re-selling them and maybe going that route.
Any opinions/advice?

For simplicity and ease, stick with the TT calipers.
For something different and looks, the IS-F and Vette Caliper combo is nice.
From a performance point of view, I believe the TT calipers is still of par with the majority of aftermarket brake kits out there. Reasoning behind this? Even though you upgrade the calipers, the amount of fluid remains the same as most people don't even consider the master cylinder as an upgrade. Simply, if you upgrade your brakes and don't push enough volume and pressure, it's not going to be a major improvement.

^^^ Thanks for the input, I'm more of a form and function over looks kind of guy. Basically what I'd like to do with my car is make it into what I think Lexus/Toyota should have done with it to begin with.
If you're looking for form and function, I'd stick with the TT calipers. Get a good set of aggressive pads and a set of slotted (not-drilled) rotors and you're set. TT brakes were some of the best produced nearly 20 years ago and still holds it's own today.
A friend of mine had a set of StopTech rotors all around with Hawk pads for the Houston meet, stopped great. Along with brake boosting and 4 to 5 pulls from 45 - 160+ back to back the brakes still stopped the 1100+ horsepower, ~3500 pound car.

Good advice from SChema. Supra setup is proven to work good. stopping power between 6 piston vs 4 piston is similar. Distribution of pad wear is the only real difference, as 6 piston pads will last longer during endurance road racing. Stick with the Supra setup for practically. Not to mention supra brakes were ENGINEERED specifically for the SC/Supra.
Titan motorsports have a sale once a year on stoptech kits. 6 pot kit front for less than 2k.
