Add in the 5 SPEED AUTOMATIC and the 3.27 rear end to give you a significantly different driving experience.

Drawback is you need the whole car to do the swap but I am sure Aliga can provide you with one if you are patient.
if you add a chip with a nice tune, u can add an extra 20 easy

I hear a vortex tornado will also increase your MPGs.

I like how your sticking with the uz family of engines, i think that is the best way to go.

If your going to drop in a pretty much stock engine your only option is the vvt really---they have about 40 or so more hp than the non vvt.

But if you are getting a good settlement and you know how to work on these engines why not do some modifying to really see some power.

!uz's can be bought with low mileage for litterally next to nothing----buy one and modify the heck out of it.

good luck

Emilio253 there are obviously a lot of options for you. I would say you are bound by your budget. Time can also be a factor. For example can you afford to let the car sit while you are having a motor built for you? Or are you needing to get it back on the road because it is your daily? I would think about these things along with the amount of money you have to play with before just picking an engine cuz it sounds like a cool idea.
