its a chemical which is used when your detailing your car. Its used more effectively when you use it with a buffer. Search around

Nice. There's a guy with a really nice '99 in Victoria, his username is 'bcsc400'. Seems like a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to this car. He's got some really nice mods done to it as well (full exhaust/LSD/etc). I've bee meaning to head out there to check his SC out and maybe get some tips. He'd be a great guy for you to talk to if you have any questions or problems with ur car..
