Default No Code But no power

I am having an odd issue and usually I would take a look and see what the code is and resolve it but no code or check engine light.

Overall

I start the car it idles fine no odd noises everything seems fine, it has just had a tune up (new plugs, wires, distributor, cap, rotor, fanbelt and new o2's within 1k miles) since this issue started and timing is spot on.

I back the car up and its fine, when i put it in gear i have no power to go forward. I checked under the car and there are no leaks, Checked the fluid levels and all perfect and the oil and coolant are both clean

Any Ideas What this could be?

Does it feel like theres a misfire or just no power? Are the wires hooked up correctly? Pull your plugs to see if there not drenched in oil.

Before it had a bad valve cover gasket so there was some oil on the top of the plug but nothing on the electrode area, but now the plugs are perfect and clean. There is no misfire so im starting to think it could be a fuel issue since its fine at idle but not under load but there is still the oddity that reverse is fine.
