def part it out if you have time and a DD. but the thing is that its income tax season so if ur gonna sell the car NOWS the time to do it. just keep in mind theres alot of competition so having some mods might be a plus =/

Where’s the choice to stay and keep the Lexus?

I say its all up to you on how you want to sell, for a quick sell I think a good approach would be selling with the aftermarket parts on the car and offer the stock parts with the car. Particularly some one young would like that. Now for the most money the best way would be selling stock and part out the aftermarket parts. I think selling stock would appeal to older and some younger people or someone who would prefer to modify to their own liking. Another way to go about it is too inform the next buyer that your selling stock at a good price but have a few aftermarket parts for a little more, this gives the buyer a chance to buy some of your parts instead of sourcing them out else where and possibly spending more money on shipping etc.

Best wishes for you bro keep us updated on your next car!!!

Denali? Get a late 90's to early 00's LX470. Those things are tough.

Those modifications do not seem all that extreme and would add to the value of the car if I were thinking of buying it. If you had a JDM engine swap I might agree with the above posters because then you're getting into a more questionable area for a used car.

Why remove shocks (which are not expensive $4k coilovers) and Supra TT brakes before selling? Newer/better shocks on a nearly 20 year old car is a selling point IMO and after having driven on my stock brakes then installed TT front brakes I'd *definitely* consider those a selling point on the car and worth a small premium over a regular SC300. I feel these cars are potential death traps without an LS400/TT front brake upgrade.

Unless you've spent good money on a paint job already, maybe swap back to the 92 front bumper but that should pretty much be it. The Blitz is also very easy to swap off and not every buyer is going to want a loud aftermarket exhaust. If you had a JDM 1JZ or JDM 2JZGTE swap then you might seriously want to consider if swapping back to the stock drivetrain might help get you more money long term-- but you aren't in that boat.

I'd sell it nearly as is. Of those parts you haven't put on, if your headlight is in bad shape, definitely put on the better one.

Thanks for most of ur reponses, I have decided to sell for sure so if anyone is intereste please PM me. The major parts I have sold already in appropriate threads (brakes, exhaust) but I still have some small tid bits laying around (please see classifieds) the rest will go with the car (rims front end). I will make a seeya thread once the car is sold, I have been a member of these boards for sometime now and have meet some great ppl. I plan on sticking around and makeing my random comments here n there like usual just not as active. Next vehicle looks like is gonna be a Duramax diesel Chevy truck i know, i know, but i'm picking up a boat next week and need a truck so why not a nice one plus I cant have too many hobbies or else I will never be able to leave my parents house
