Lock & PCV Issues
So I pulled the door panel apart today and redid the broken part of the harness. Great success on that as my automatic lights etc work now.
Problem #1
I went to pull out the PCV Valve with my hand and when I say it was stuck in there I had to pry it out and it broke into three pieces.
I went to put the new one in and it wouldn't even come close to fitting (Puralotor 10501?) I took the hardened grommet out and it still wouldn't fit. I had no choice at this point with needing to drive my car I ground down the new pcv valve and forced it in there where it is holding now.
Question: where is the best place to get the "real" pcv valve and grommet. Did they change at all over the years?
Problem #2:
Whenever I try to engage my locks from the inside I here the relay click but it seems like something's keeping them from working. The locks work on both sides whenever I do the key unlock thing twice so I don't think it's the door actuators.
If I keep clicking the locks back and fourth it almost sounds like the relay or computer loses umph and drains out.
Any ideas?
