When I decided to replace my rack bushings it was because I was getting an alignment and I figured since I'm pushing almost 250k miles mine had to be shot. When I went to put in my driftmotion bushings I found that my bushings weren't bad. I don't know if my car has a new rack in it or not. I would have to go dig through all the receipts to find out. I went ahead and installed them anyway and it made a very good improvement over what I had. I would say that my sc400 steers like my wife's is300 bow and is very responsive. No more boat feeling. And I do not notice any vibration in the steering wheel as stated above. Very good mod for the money!

Well, according to Robert from MVP, R2R is actually Daizen with a new name, and they are the only ones that make 'em and MVP is the only one distributing nowadays as it turns out, so it's on constant back order. So if y'all really wanna get poly for your steering rack bushings order it as early as possible. I just installed a reman rack and pinion that I bought from Autozone, it is pretty good btw, but I don't feel any difference from my old bushings that was totally shot from the new OE bushings that came with the rack...
