Default Help sc400 1992

I am a 54 year old challenged machanically. My car does not always start. I just changed my up front sensors with ebay 4 wire knock offs. I am still getting codes 13, 21, and 28. RPM signal, Main 02s/Heater signal and main 02s again. Where are these parts located at? I know where the sensors are located. Also any other advise is appreciated.

code 13 from my experiance can be a tricky one------your going to want to check your cam sensors and also your crank sensro while your at it.

Your problem probably lies there somewhere.
