I believe the ps is stuck in highway mode as it seems a bit stiff around town at low speeds so my question is, Where is the wire that controls this?
I remember hearing about this issue a few years ago (Wire coming undone)
so I just need a point in the right direction...

Wire that controls it? When I changed my power steering pump I don't remember any wires, I thought it was purely mechanical.

 

I am not 100% sure if it is referenced and alldata is down at the shop so I will just wait till it gets back working and figure it out then I suppose
