ECT Power light.
So I noticed my ECT power light does not light up on my cluster when I press the switch. I tried using a another switch and still no luck. I would not be shocked if it was a burnt out bulb but does anyone else have any ideas?
I do not notice any difference. Im going to replace my speed sensor number 2 and go from there with the issue. I doubt that will fix the lighting up problem but it might allow me to notice a difference in the shifting. but as of right now, no. this is a sign to do a manual swap? haha
well turn your ect on and pout the pedal to the metal.
tell us what points it changes gears at.
it should be changing ge3ars at a much higher rpm than usual , if not than your ect is not kicking in and you have a problem there----im sorry but i have no advice other than that.
good luck

Yeah checked to see if the switch is plugged in and it is, tried a new switch, still didn't work. I know theres several burnt out bulbs on the cluster but I should still notice a difference if it was working and I do not.
