i have a 94 sc300 with a bad ecu if i buy a 93 supra N/A 5 speed ecu should i except any problems??

my sc is 5 speed and supra ecu is 5 speed also oh and the ecu has been reconditioned by toyota so i can see the numbers so i can match up

 

You can also Run an auto ecu on a 5speed, just will have a CEL light.
