It will be slower when its pluged into the car. In the video I was testing it with a constant current instead of an on and off turn signal.
BTW, on a side note, does anyone (*caugh* olt) know how much resistance is needed to fix hyper blink in the SC?
(A) voltage does not determine on time, capacitance does.

(B) By not supplying the capacitor/timer chip controlling the blink rate constant it will blink LESS, not more. Effectively making your radiance even less than now. Your on time will remain the same based on the capacitor/timer, but it will simply come on even less than now by the relay not charging the module constantly.

Oh, you were refering to speed of the cycle not the time between each cycle. This unit dosnt has control over that. I wish it did. But hey, I finally did something unique... I hope

^ you want a sequential turn signal module.
I have no idea which one you would need tho. There's a bunch of different ones on ebay and amazon. And they all need to be wired in. There are no plug and play options for older cars
