So today I decided to fix my drivers side window and replace the regulator with a new one. Once I got the regulator out I discovered it was not broken at all. So further investigation led me to this. After popping off the cover on the backside of the motor I saw this shredded rubberish bushing which was allowing the motor to spin freely. So at this point im wondering if anyone might know a part number or if anyone knows where I can get one?? Or if anyone has had this happen before to them? Thanks guys

It's not serviceable, you will need to buy an new regulator since the motor come with the regulator.
